The Estádio Raulino de Oliveira, also known as Estádio da Cidadania, and Estádio General Raulino de Oliveira is a football stadium inaugurated on March 14, 1976 in Volta Redonda, Rio de Janeiro (state), with a maximum capacity of 21,000 people. The stadium is owned by the City Hall of Volta Redonda city, and is the home ground of Volta Redonda Futebol Clube. The stadium was also the home ground of Fluminense during the 2005 Campeonato Brasileiro. Its formal name honors Raulino de Oliveira, former president of Companhia Siderúrgica Nacional, located in Volta Redonda city.
