It might be worth mentioning that the large red brick home on the property was Holyfield's home before he built the mega mansion.

Foreclosure. He actually no longer lives on this property, I drove by this house everyday going to work at a job site in Fayetteville earlier this year. There are weeds growing up directly in front of the huge iron gates right by the road, and the field of grass out front isn't being maintained. Clearly.. empty.

That house looks more like a government building than a home. It's too bad it's no longer being maintained.
