My name is crash I'm a tower rigger for a washinton d.c. based tower company so I thought I could shed some light on what this tower really is. this tower is WDCA CH 20 it stands. At a hight of 745 feet (227m) the top of the tower can be accessed by climbing ladder only. Hope my little bit of info was a help
