Fake air base and surface-to-air battery targets

Looks like Iraq in the Tonopah range. There are small craters all around this area, giant targets to the north, a small target(?) plane on the fake runway, another SAM battery south next to the runway.

Very similar to this site in Egypt and this site on Eglin AFB.

And exactly like this site at an Iraqi air base.
