Fielding has often proclaimed that he was the first person at University of Texas to buy a Krups coffee maker in early 1973. A wine collector and taster, Fielding uses his talents to help the Master Roaster cup their samples. Both Richard and Fielding have a deep passion for their coffee and employ every means possible in bringing Houston the very finest coffee available.
