Former Camberwell Railway Station

London, United Kingdom (GB)
Camberwell was a station in London. The station opened 6th October 1862, closed its passenger services 3rd April 1916 and closed completely 18th April 1964. The station was opened by the London Chatham & Dover Railway and closed by the South Eastern & Chatham Railway.

What's left today:
The station building at street level still remains and is used as car workshop. The island platform at track level still remains, but degraded apart from the north end where some platform edges remain. The tracks going through the site are still active.
