Former Kilburn Railway Station

Former Kilburn Railway Station

Kilburn, United Kingdom (GB)
Kilburn Station was a railway station on the branch line of Little Eaton to Ripley opened by the Midland Railway in England. The station opened 1st December 1856, closed its passenger services 1st June 1930 and closed its goods services 30th January 1939.

What's left today:
Sadly nothing of the station remains today as it was demolished in 1965. For a long time the actual rails going through the site survived, but have now been lifted and a small footpath now goes along the former trackbed.
