This was one of the many real estate holdings of the LA Dodgers owners, who are divorcing (October 2009). A few months after buying their larger residence next door, they purchased this property in November of 2004 for $6.5M. Their intention, according to divorce papers, was to use the 8-bed, 10-bath, 8,385 sq ft property as guest quarters. However, despite spending an additional $4.8M in basic improvements and architectural fees, the property has been used for little more than storage.

Sold for ~$6.5M in 2011 to a Neman Family property management company. The current tenant is a mental health facility.
