Franz Hanning has is president and CEO of Wyndham Vacation Ownership. He was the CEO of Cendant's Timeshare Resort Group prior to its separation from Cendant in 2006. Mr. Hanning served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Fairfield Resorts, and as COO and VP of Fairfield.
