Did Gary Burghoff's home burn in the Paradise fire(The Camp Fire) In Nov. of 2018?

My mom lives in Oroville, just a few miles away. She lives just above the dam that had the busted spillway. She first considered Paradise but the thick forests all through the town scared her. Seems her instincts were good.
She's a fellow artist and has met him more than once at local shows. She said that the entire town of Paradise burned. The whole town. Period. And that people are, just now, starting to move back in but many are still deciding what to do. Many are taking the loss and not coming back. I'm 98% sure that Mr Burghoff's home went with everyone else's but not sure what his plans are.
