Gary Daichendt's House

Mr. Gary J. Daichendt has been a Managing Member of TheoryR Properties LLC since October 2002 and is former President of Nortel Networks, a major publicly-held networking/router company.

Theory R Properties is a west coast based investment firm that was founded in 2002 to focus on specific commercial property investments. Their strategy is to acquire and enhance unique mid-tier commercial properties ($10M to $100M) that require active management.

Mr. Daichendt has more than 25 years of experience in IT industry. Mr. Daichendt served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Nortel Networks Corporation and Nortel Networks Ltd from March 2005 to June 10, 2005. He served as Executive Vice President of Worldwide Operations at Growth Networks, Inc. and Combinet, Inc. Mr. Daichendt served as an Executive Vice President of Worldwide Operations with global responsibility for sales, distribution, manufacturing and the global alliances at Cisco Systems from 1998 to December 2000.

Prior to his tenure with Cisco, he held a number of other senior positions with technology companies over a number of years, including during his two years with System Software Associates, Inc., and eight years with Wang Laboratories, Inc.

Mr. Daichendt spent ten years with IBM in various sales, marketing, and management positions.

Subsequent to that, he spent eight years at Wang Laboratories as Vice President of Central Operations and Vice President of Worldwide Marketing.

He served as Chairman at ShoreTel, Inc. from July 2010 to March 2013.

Mr. Daichendt is a Member of Advisory Board of IPcelerate, Inc., NAEN Ministries and Academy Capital Investments, Inc. He is also a Member of Board Advisor at Mr. Daichendt has been a Director of NCR Corp. since April 26, 2006, Snap Appliances Inc. since October 2000 and ShoreTel, Inc. since April 2007. Mr. Daichendt serves as Director of Chromux Technologies Inc. He serves on the board of Packet Design. Mr. Daichendt serves as Director of ClickAction, an email management company, and Azuza Pacific University. He served as Director of Combinet, Inc.

He received Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics from Youngstown State University in Ohio and Master of Science degree in Mathematics from Ohio State University.
