In the first, and still largest, hospital merger in New York State, Mr. Sellers represented the parties to the $3 billion merger that created New York Presbyterian Hospital. He later represented the several Catholic hospitals in New York City in the multi-billion dollar merger that formed St. Vincent Catholic Medical Center.
