Geoffrey H. Palmer is a Los Angeles based lawyer and real estate developer and philanthropist. Through an endowment to Pepperdine University, where Palmer went to law school, the Geoffrey H. Palmer Center for Entrepreneurship and the Law was built.

This was the longtime home of Burton E. Green, the founder and developer of Beverly Hills. The house was built in 1912 in a Tudor style with the front door and gate facing Lexington Road. In the 80's it was remodeled into a georgian regency style and the gate and address changed to Cove Way.
