George Banks is a co-founder and principal of Priderock Capital Partners. He built his first development in 1973, and has developed, constructed, and financed over 12,000 multi-family units including, 2,000,000 sq. ft. of commercial, single family and multi-family projects in California, Florida, New York and the Washington D.C. metro area. Mr. Banks has extensive experience in structuring complex real estate financing including the formation of joint ventures, private equity structures and partnership financing.

Since 2000, Mr. Banks has been a sponsor/partner in multi-family real estate ventures representing an aggregate total capitalization in excess of $2.5 billion. Prior to forming Priderock, Mr. Banks was a principal and co-owner of The Bainbridge Companies.
