George Schaeffer is the founder and CEO of OPI, a nail polish brand headquartered in North Hollywood. In 2010, he sold the firm to cosmetics giant Coty for approximately $1 billion.
Schaeffer paid $10.5 million for this home in March 2012. Just a few weeks later, he bought a second home on the same street for $3.4 million. He also owns at least two more large homes in Beverly Hills.
