The co-founder of Guess owns this home. In 1993, Marciano sold his stake in the company for about $250 million to his brothers. Marciano is well-known in Beverly Hills for his exotic car collection, which includes many Ferraris, Lamborghinis, and Rolls-Royces. In 2007, he also paid more than $16 million for an 84-carat diamond as a present for his daughter.

Recently, Marciano filed for bankruptcy after a group of former employees won a $425 million libel counter-suit judgment against him after he sued them for looting money and possessions from him.

Marciano paid approximately $7.5 million for this 8,000 sq. foot home in 2005. He also owns the 11,000 sq. foot home next door and a 20,000 sq. foot mansion (his main residence) nearby.
