The German Embassy in Washington, D.C. is Germany's diplomatic mission to the United States. The current embassy is located at 4645 Reservoir Road NW, Washington, D.C. The embassy is also home to a Germany information center. In September 1994 the residence reopened with an extension designed by Cologne based architect O.M. Ungers.
