i really doubt it is anything identifiable much less a giant devil ray, which you made up.

I didn't make up anything. I found this item on another site, and they were calling it a devil ray there. Whether it is or is not a devil ray may be up for debate, but at the very least, I didn't make it up.

It cant be a devil ray; according to the GoogleEarth measuring tool, its about 70 feet by 35 feet. Maybe its just an oddly shaped rock.
