This is not a Goodyear blimp--the Goodyears are much larger than this little guy, and I think they only land/moor at established Goodyear blimp bases (the one north of Houston was closed around the mid-to-late 80s or so). This is probably a MetLife, Outback Steakhouse, FUJIFilm, or similar small blimp; for a while, such blimps were not uncommon in the SE Houston skies, though I haven't seen one now for maybe a couple of years.
