Built by construction magnate and Olympic Gold Medalist John B. Kelly Sr., the house was home to the Kelly family for three generations until 1970.
The home was purchased by Kelly's son, Prince Albert II of Monaco in 2016 for $775,000 with the plans of turning the home into a museum in tribute to his late mother.
