The Grand Circus Park Historic District includes Grand Circus Park in Downtown Detroit, Michigan. The district was a part of Augustus Woodward's plan to rebuild the city after the great Detroit fire of 1805, and the city established the park in 1850.
It is home to the sculpture 'Millennium Bell' by Chris Turner, as seen here at VG: http://virtualglobetrotting.com/map/millennium-bell-by-chris-turner-in-grand-circus-park/
