Grovlegård Runddysse (Dolmen)

Grovlegård Runddysse (Dolmen)

Rønde, Denmark (DK)
Grovlegård is the name of a Neolithic dolmen in the Mols region of Denmark. The dolmen sits in a field and is in good condition. The capstone is still in place and the burial chamber is still buried. The site also contains some of the stones that would have surrounded the dolmen.

The capstone is part of a larger stone. The stone was split into two pieces and used on two different dolmens. The other section of the stone is used as a capstone on another dolmen about 2 km from this one.
