Description:Located on the Langue de Barbarie Peninsula, opposite the southern end of Ile de N'Dar is Guet N'Dar. This is a busy fishing town with a lighthouse and the main beach of St. Louis. Here over 200 fishing boat 'pirogues' are launched into the Atlantic waves each morning, returning late in the afternoon with their catch.
