H. Fred Krimendahl II is Chairman and Founding Partner of Petrus Partners, a vertically-integrated real estate fund. During his 34-year career with Goldman Sachs, he served variously as a Member of the Management Committee, Co-Head of the Investment Banking Division (of which the Real Estate Department was a part), Chief Administrative Partner and Head of the Corporate Finance Department. He developed the firm's 370,000 square foot European headquarters building in London.

Mr. Krimendahl is presently a Senior Director of the Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. and Chairman of the Advisory Board of GSC Partners, a private alternative asset investment firm. In addition, he has previously been a director of eight publicly traded corporations. He is currently a Director and past President of the Philharmonic Symphony Society of New York, a Director Emeritus of Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts, a Founding Member of the James Madison Council of the U.S. Library of Congress, and a Trustee of The Ohio State University Foundation. He is a Harvard Business School graduate and former member of the U.S. Air Force.

His New York City home is an apartment in the exclusive 820 Fifth Ave building, where his neighbors include former CEO of Yahoo, Terry Semel, Bill Acquavella.
