Thomas J. Barrack Jr. is a real-estate developer and a supporter and friend of President Donald Trump.

This 8-acre house near the Bel Air Country Club is currently being built on previously undeveloped land. Property records show it could contain up to a 77,000 sq. ft. main house with an additional guest house and staff quarters of 8,000 sq. ft.

The land itself was most recently sold in 2010 for $35 million.

After President Trump was elected, Mr. Barrack Jr. chaired Trump's inauguration committee.
