In the fall of 1963, George Harrison spent time visiting his sister Louise, who lived in this house. Six months later, the Beatles made their American television debut, and the rest is history. Legend has it that Harrison wrote the Beatles hit "Daytripper" here.
A group of investors saved the house from demolition in 1994. Two years later, their 1963-themed bed and breakfast opened. The room where George slept was turned into a museum.
The B&B recently closed and all items in the museum were reportedly sold.
