Harry Frampton is the Chairman and Managing Parnter of East West Partners, a family of independent companies devoted to building, selling, and managing real estate. They have developed resorts in Colorado, Utah, and California. From 1982 to 1986, he was President of Vail Associates, the creators of Vail and Beaver Creek Mountain resorts in Colorado.
