1/3 mile oval track opened in 1963 and closed after the 2006 season. Plans call for the facility to be converted into an equestrian housing project. The owners cited high insurance costs for the decision to close the track. Originally a 1/4 mile track, it was expanded to 1/3 mile in 1983.
