Heather Mnuchin's House

Following their quiet 2014 divorce, financier Steve Mnuchin has purchased his ex-wife Heather a new house in Beverly Hills. He paid $8.9 million for the property in March 2014. The residence was previously owned by John Hemmingson, a Washington State-based businessman who once served prison time for money laundering.

Mnuchin is Chairman of OneWest bank and a well-known film financier. Some of the blockbuster moves he has helped finance include "Gravity", "Avatar", and "Life of Pi". He is currently a co-chairman at Relativity Media.
