At the center of the roundabout for the new 317th HOV Onramps is "Hi Five", a kinetic sculpture by Miles Pepper.

Yes, it's two big steel-frame hands. Don't ask, no one knows. Supposedly the hands revolve and wave back and forth, sometimes, but I've never seen it. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Sc5PQJNfxow
