At 5:37 am on September 21, 2008, a helicopter crashed into the roof of this house. It fell down the central staircase and crashed through the front door, coming to rest on the lawn across the street. Two adults and three young children inside the house were miraculously unscathed. The two people aboard the 2006 Robinson R44 helicopter did not survive.

I remember this story very well. Both victims lived here in Racine area. Heres a good video of the aftermath from youtube. Talked to a firefighter that was on scene that day and he said that was one of the worst scenes he has ever seen. Scary.
