The billionaire co-founder of Oaktree Capital Management lives here with his wife Martha. They paid over $33.7 million for the Brentwood estate in late 2014. Their former estate in Beverly Hills (which they still own) is also featured on this site.
Karsh purchased the property from his billionaire longtime business partner, Howard Marks. Marks and Karsh co-founded the Oaktree hedge fund together in 1995. Prior to that, they had also been longtime business associates.
Interiors of this property were designed by White House decorator Michael Smith.
