Yes you have to look different at the clock when you want to know what time it is when you look at it here at the Isartor.

The clock goes the other way round. Clocks like this you can also see at Alter Peter Kirche and Munich Cathedral but also at Castle Nymphenburg,
Wasserburg am Inn, Burghausen, Burghausen and in Straubing.

Nobody really knows why it is so but since this one is at the Karl Valentin Museum, Valentin was a Bavarian comedian from 1902 to 1948, some say it's his idea.
