This vacant building was once a Menard's home improvement store. Plans are in place for an indoor mountain bike park to open here in November 2010. The 110,000 sq. ft. space will feature wooden ramps, trails, and obstacles.

Owner Ray Petro opened the first ever indoor mountain bike park in his hometown of Cleveland in 2004.
