International Trucks Truck Development and Technology Center (TDTC)

Located in Fort Wayne, Indiana, International Trucks Truck Development and Technology Center (TDTC) facility covers 185 acres (750 000 square meters) and is a state-of-the-art, high-tech truck engineering operation that is second to none in North America. With the combined expertise of about 1200 engineering employees, TDTC is dedicated to provide the optimum designs of commercial products for the transportation industry. Product development for each product line is managed at TDTC by five Product Centers and each is a cross-functional group comprising representatives from engineering, manufacturing, planning, and finance. Internationals products are designed and developed using a complete computer-aided drafting and design system, and are validated using highly sophisticated test equipment.
