Art is in the eye of the beholder, and I like this. But I'm sure there are others who will say "but it's just a collection of found objects hanging off of brightly painted twigs! I could do that!" Many people of the time thought that Van Gogh, Paul Gauguin, and Piet Mondrian were hacks. And Picasso, well just look at those scribbles...
The Blue Dot on the map says it's the Oregon Nikkei Legacy Center, but I don't think that's accurate. Much of the art on the walls does not seem Japanese influenced.
