Description:

Isle of Pines is a small private island in the Thousand Islands region of the St. Lawrence River.

In 2009, The owners of the island (the Parody family) won a contest which awarded them the opportunity to have thier home investigated for paranormal activity by the popular television show Ghost Hunters.

TAPS decided to choose the Isle of Pines investigation as the site where they would bring in celebrity investigator Meatloaf, who had been requesting to make an appearance on the show for a while.

Most of the team members on TAPS did not believe Meatloaf was actually going to show up for the investigation. When the day of the investigation came, Meatloaf did show up, and he actually did a good job as an investigator, as well.
