Mr. Cline also serves on the Board of the National Fish and Wildlife Foundation, Endeavor Global, and the Harvard Business School Rock Center for Entrepreneurship. He serves as a Trustee of Panthera, where Mr. Cline chairs the Tigers Forever initiative. Mr. Cline is a Trustee of the Wildlife Conservation Society (WCS), where he is the Chairman of the world’s leading conservation initiative for Tigers and other large cats.

Mr. Cline graduated from Cornell University and received an M.B.A. from Harvard University, where he was a Baker Scholar. His mother retired as a division administrator at the Lamont Doherty Geological Observatory of Columbia University in New York. His father is a managing partner of Dames & Moore, an environmental engineering and consulting firm, in Pearl River, N.Y. Mrs. Cline was a sales executive with Air France in New York. She graduated cum laude from Dartmouth College. Her father is a partner in LeBoeuf, Lamb, Greene & MacRae, the law firm in New York.
