Jürgen Klopp is a former German professional football player and current manager. Klopp coached at FSV Mainz 05 from 2001-2008 and Borussia Dortmund from 2008-July 2015. Klopp achieved great success at Dortmund, winning the Bundesliga in back to back seasons (2011 and 2012), earning runner up in the 2013 Champions League, winning the DFB-Pokal in 2012 and the DFL Supercup in 2013 and 2014. In addition to the team success, Klopp has was named the German Football Manager of the Year in 2011 and 2012 as well as second place in the FIFA World Coach of the Year in 2013.

On April 15, 2015, Klopp anounced he would leave Dortmund at the end of the 2014-2015 season. There have been a flurry of rumors linking Klopp to the Premier League.
