Jack Nicholson's House

This is Jack Nicholson’s longtime, 3,303-square-foot house at 12850 Mulholland Drive (built in 1957), which he has owned since July 10, 1969 and which sits on a 0.53-acre lot. The house hosted many wild drug fueled Hollywood parties. It was also the place of the "Roman Polanski incident", where the movie director raped a 13 year old girl Samantha Gailey during a photo shoot for french Vogue on March 10, 1977.
