James Cameron's House

The film director lives here. His writing and directing work includes "The Terminator" (1984), "Aliens" (1986), "The Abyss" (1989), "Terminator 2: Judgment Day" (1991), "True Lies" (1994), "Titanic" (1997) and "Avatar" (2009). He purchased the 6-bed, 7-bath, 8,272 sq ft residence in June of 1989 for $3.475 Million, according to public records. Much of his real estate portfolio is also featured on this site. Cameron listed this house and the one he owns next door on the market in 2020 for $25 Million.
