Mr. James W. DeYoung founded Winston Partners Incorporated in 1984 and serves as its Principal.

Mr. DeYoung is a General Partner of Resource Ventures LP. He is a Managing Member of D-W Investments, LLC. He founded Winston Partners in 1984. Mr. DeYoung spent fourteen years with Baxter International, Inc., and served in a senior capacity in Marketing, Investor Relations, Public Relations and Corporate Financial Management Functions.

Mr. DeYoung serves as Director of several private companies and is involved with numerous not-for-profit organizations in the Chicago, Illinois area. Mr. DeYoung has been a Director of Turbochef Technologies Inc. since December 3, 2003. He serves as Vice Chair and Member of Board of Rush University Medical Center, Trustees at Skokie Hospital and Rush University and Rush North Shore Medical Center. Mr. DeYoung is also vice chairman and a director of the Chicago Horticultural Society.

Mr. DeYoung received a B.A. degree from Washington and Lee University and a J.D. Degree from Northwestern University School of Law.
