Business magnate Jim Randall owns this home, as well as the property next door. He is President of Allfast Fastening Systems, Inc. In the 1970s, he was briefly married to and had a daughter, Starlite Randall, with model/actress Marisa Berenson.

Randall and his artist wife Eleanor have owned this compound in the exclusive"Bradbury Estates" neighborhood for decades. They also have a vacation property in Malibu and in March 2015 they shelled out almost $50 million for "Liongate", a massive estate in the Bel Air neighborhood of Los Angeles.
