I knew Jamie bought a house in Brentwood in April 2010 because she tweeted April 2011 "It's been officially 1 year since I've been a Nashville resident!" and a man posted a pic of him with Jamie in her driveway. But I never saw any "public records" or listings that she lived in TN.

You can only see public records by going to the local Brentwood town hall or contacting them.

May I ask, what made you decide to find out if she lived in TN? :)

I've heard rumors ever since 2009 that Jamie lived in Tennessee but I never really knew for sure, or if she had just been renting a house temporarily. People on twitter were tweeting that they saw Jamie in Nashville, Franklin, and Brentwood areas. Her moving to Tennessee makes me more hopeful about her music career!

She's currently living in the Governor's Club. It's a really nice gated community in Brentwood, probably has some of the biggest homes in Nashville!

^ This is the same house in the Governors Club. Spears bought it on foreclosure at 500k, but it is valued at much more now.

Where's that comment gone? Yes this house is for sale, but JL Spears still owns it. It is not her permenant residence any more.
