Jean-Claude Gandur's House

Gandur is a Swiss oil billionaire (Forbes: ~ $2.0 billion). He netted $1.5 billion when he sold Addax Petroleum to China's Sinopec Group in 2009. He returned to oil exploration with Oryx Petroleum in 2010. He has stakes in two fields in Iraq's Kurdish region, and is vying for more in Africa. His Addax & Oryx Group is expected to glean $400 million from the pending sale of African oil storage terminals. Last year Addax Bioenergy broke ground on a $350 million project to grow sugarcane for ethanol in Sierra Leone.
