G. Jeffrey Records, Jr. is an Oklahoma City-based banker and real estate developer who is Chairman and CEO of MidFirst Bank, which has roughly $9 billion in assets.
Records is part owner of NBA team Oklahoma City Thunder. He also owns the old Security Pacific Bank building in Hollywood, which he is converting into a boutique hotel. Rumors say he also owns his own superyacht.
In 2012, Records paid about $7.2M for this Pacific Palisades house, where he lives part-time.
