The controversial "King of Bonds" lives here. He is the founder of Doubleline Capital, which he formed in 2009 after being fired from his star role at TCW.

In 2012, Gundlach's former residence in Santa Monica (also featured on this site) was burglarized. Thieves reportedly made off with $10 million in valuables, though most of the loot was later recovered.

Gundlach paid $15.35M for this house in 2013.
