Jennifer Nettles' House (former)

The Grammy-winning singer/songwriter lived here. In 1999, she formed the "Jennifer Nettles Band", with which she produced 3 studio and 2 live albums. She moved away from the introspective and sometimes dark themes of her solo work when she teamed up with Kristen Hall and Kristian Bush in 2003 to form "Sugarland". She got a divorce in 2007 and quitclaimed the property over to her former husband, who still owns it. They purchased the home together in 2006 for $630K.
