Jessica Simpson & Nick Lachey's House (Former)

Singer, actress, reality star and entrepreneur Jessica Simpson and her then husband, singer Nick Lachey bought this contemporary styled mansion in one of the many gated communities in Calabasas. The house was featured on their MTV reality show "Newlyweds". They sold the house to "Malcom In The Middle" actor Justin Berfield for $3.75 Million in 2006. He later sold the house for $4 Million in 2009.
