João Paulo Falleiros dos Santos Diniz, Brazilian entrepreneur, owner of Componente Holding, and an alumnus of London Business School, lives in this house, which was designed by Isay Weinfeld, in the upmarket São Paulo neighbourhood of Jardim Europa, with his wife, Ana Garcia. He is also a consultant for the Grupo Pão de Açúcar, which is under the control of his father, Abílio Diniz, and was once a partner of the Grupo Fasano. João Paulo also owns three restaurants in Rua Amauri, in São Paulo's Itaim Bibi district. In July 2001, João Paulo survived a helicopter accident near the city of Maresias, together with the pilot.
